Return Policy

We are AIR RISE INC realize that not everything is perfect and sometimes things can go wrong. There will always be someone who will remain dissatisfied with something. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and believe, if you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact us by email at [ [email protected] ] with your order number/receipt number/purchase date/ item name/ with a detail on why you are not satisfied with the purchase. If you purchase a case, chargers or screen protector that has a defect (color change, chipped, torn, ripped) we will gladly exchange it for you (within in 14 days), free of charge, all we require is for you to pay the shipping fee.

Because your order is custom cut to your specifications, there will be a 20% restocking fee. All items are returnable, except custom mate cases, up to 14 days after your invoice date. Case items are not subject to the restocking fee and are returnable up to 14 days after your invoice date.

Your purchase of our product with confidence, risk free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, in the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
