SHIPPING INFORMATION

General

Due to our automated system, orders are automatically submitted to our AIR RISE INC Distribution Department in the state of New York as soon as they are submitted online. We are experiencing significant delays in our support services due to measures taken to reduce the spread of COVID-19. At the moment, we are exceeding a 24-hour response time and in some cases longer. Please note, we are unable to cancel or modify orders placed online. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

FedEx Shipping

Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. Please note the following FedEx delivery requirements: A signature is NOT required for residential deliveries. A signature IS required for deliveries to apartment complexes and commercial addresses (they cannot leave your package without a signature or they will become liable). If you are not available to sign and FedEx has already attempted delivery, you have a few options. You can either sign the yellow slip the driver leaves on your door telling the driver to leave the package at the manager’s office or with a neighbor who can sign, or you can call FedEx with your tracking # and give them authorization to deliver to another address.

UPS Mail Innovations Shipping

By utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery, UPS Mail Innovations is able to reach any domestic address, including PO boxes. Estimated shipping times have been provided below. Please keep in mind; these time frames include our processing period, which can take up to 72 business hours, and in some cases more due to COVID-19.

·         Contiguous United States - 3-10 Business Days.

·         Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories - 7-15 Business Days.

Shipping Internationally

Please note due to COVID-19 there may be some restrictions to shipping in your area at this time. All unrestricted international orders are shipped via USPS International or FedEx International and deliveries may also be delayed due to COVID-19. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and location when you place your order online. You will be able to view the cost before you submit your final order. AIR RISE INC has no control over the cost of duties and taxes that are imposed upon import to any country outside the United States and cannot be held responsible for compensation. Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments.

Shipping to an APO Address

By utilizing UPS Mail Innovations, AIR RISE INC is able to offer shipping to military addresses. Please allow 14-20 business days for delivery.

Backorders

If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information 1 –2 days thereafter.
